ACADEMIC IMAGING ASSOCIATES

LIBRARY, WORKFLOW & METADATA NEEDS ASSESSMENT FORM

Matching the correct tools to the tasks necessary for accomplishing a job is critical. This form is intended to help us help you by pointing you in the right direction in terms of equipment and cost, and starting a dialog which can lead to alternative ideas and creative solutions.

As with any form, this one will miss nuances. But remember that AIA has consulted on, designed and installed digital imaging labs and workstations in many institutions, and has been active in digital imaging since 1992, so we have a substantial experiential database to share, are under no contractual relationship with a given manufacturer and have no inventory concerns.

We will only contact you if you make that request, and we will return our basic recommendations and comments to you within a few days.

For those of you who need to meet a 1-48 hour deadline for a grant or budget submittal (never happens, right?) just call or email for an immediate response.

The laws of physics make it impossible for us to respond to you without the information below.
