JenOptik (Zeiss Jena) C Mount Lenses
| In addition to the lens Lametar 2.8/25 mm (cf. Section 3.3), the lenses Apo-Rodagon 28/50 mm, Lamegon 3.5/14 and Shift, Swing & Tilt Apo 4.0/45 mm are also recommended for the ProgRes camera.
The standard ProgRes 3008 comes equipped with a premounted infra-red barrier filter. Therefore, it is not possible to operate the Lamegon 3.4/14 mm with this camera. The figure below illustrates the relationship between source sizes and the distance between the source and the camera sensor with regard to individual lens systems |

| The Lamegon 3.5/14 mm Lens Your ProgRes camera must be equipped with a removable Infra-Red filter for you to be able to use the Lamegon 3.5/14 mm lens. Before screwing the Lamegon into your camera's C-mount, you must first of all unscrew your camera's IR filter as otherwise the filter and the camera's sensor will be destroyed. The standard ProgRes 3008 comes with a pre-mounted filter that is fixed in place. Therefore, it is not possible to use the Lamegon 3.5/14 mm with this camera. To remove the filter, use the filter replacement tool included with your camera (plastic cylinder with two small pins). Now you can carefully screw the Lamegon into your camera's C-mount. Make sure that your Lamegon has a BG39, 0.8 mm filter in front. Characteristic features Technical data at a glance |
