Hensel Flood Pack 1200 HMI

Hensel has developed a new lighting system based on the long established Flood Head 3000. Designed for large surface illumination, the new HMI/MSR version is particularly adept at reprographics or permanent lighting. The compact Flood Head 1200 HMI with 1200 watt halogen metalide photo optic lamp HMI and the Power Box 1200 HMI ballast make up the two parts of the system. The Flood Head features an inner reflector, quiet ventilation, and double-filtered UV protection. One of the plates is single-frosted, providing extraordinarily even light distribution. Mounted at a distance of 5 mm apart (?), the filters also protect the subject from splinters (?) The Flood Head 1200 HMI requires the high-frequency Power Box 1200 HMI power supply. The Power is cooled by a powerful fan, and offers a reduced power state (DIMM), plus automatic voltage adaptation within a range of 115 V to 230 V. An internal meter allows estimation of the condition of the HMI light source. Hensel's Flood Pack 1200 HM is an ideal, flicker-free light source for all photographic applications requiring high light output with homogeneous daylight characteristics, particularly for large objects.
