Image Access' Bookeye® Planetary Scanner has revolutionized how information found in books, newspapers and delicate documents is captured.

With Bookeye's overhead scan design and scan/print electronics, Bookeye® prevents damage to books often too fragile to place on a flatbed scanner. With powerful functions like Auto-Focus, Book-Fold Correction, Automatic Border Removal and Automatic Document Location (ADL) Bookeye® has redefined the industry standards.

Along with protecting fragile books, Bookeye® may also be used fro the preservation of your most delicate oversized documents. With a scan area of 17" x 24", maps, newspapers and delicate documents can now be captured without the use of a pull-through scanner, often resulting in the significant damage of your collection.

With the addition of Bookeye® Color, that features 24-bit Color at 300dpi, and Bookeye Grayscale®, featuring 400dpi (optical), capturing images in Black and White, Color and Grayscale are now a snap.

Scan books, catalogs, newspapers, magazines, large-format documents, bound, clipped and stapled material.

Thanks to Bookeye's rich functionality, you can achieve high throughput with bound and stapled documents while maintaining high image quality.
